The focus of my corporate coaching is on enriching human capital and increasing your bottom line through happier, more productive, and team-oriented employees. Because I engage both Life and Career Coaching methods, each team member meets virtually with me one-on-one via Zoom or our telehealth portal. All aspects of life improvement and accountability are discussed and worked on between the Coach and the individual employee.
