Agent Life and Career Coaching
WHAT
As a Broker, you have the opportunity to offer 3 or 6-month life and career coaching opportunities to your agents at a substantially reduced price when you pay for the service and offer it free to your agents.

HOW
You invite and encourage your agents/Realtors and team members to sign up for Coaching with Coach Curtis with a special link that will be provided by us. All coaching calls are done via Zoom or a portal provided by Coach Curtis. You'll get monthly updates on how your agent is progressing through the coaching sessions. Personal items discussed between the agent and Coach Curtis are kept confidential and are not shared unless the agent has granted permission.
HOW MUCH
We will discuss the terms on a call but you will be given a per-student pricing that is FAR below the standard pricing. You will pay at the beginning of each month for 5 coaching sessions for each team member who signs up. Most Brokers will offer to pay this pricing for 3 to 6 months with an option to renew, split the cost with the agents, or switch the agents to self-pay.

Curtis recognizes that separating personal and professional obligations is not realistic, which is why he provides BOTH Life AND Career Coaching.
